Every time you start your browser, a page comes up. Many people have a news service or custom page with their local weather, stocks, and entertainment, or the page for their dial up ISP. You may not know that you can change that page to be any page you want it to be. You can.

Each exchange is different. They all have their own exchange ratios (how many pages you view for each time yours gets viewed by someone else) and their own rules. Some allow popups and redirects, some do not. Be careful to follow the rules, because you don't want to lose any credits you have earned, and since most of these allow referrals, you could have a lot of credits in your account from others' surfing.
